For iPhone Users
Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your home screen.
Go to Cellular: Select Cellular (or Mobile Data).
Select Your eSIM: You will see a list of SIM cards.
If you installed only one eSIM, select it.
If you have several, choose the most recent one you installed.
Customize Your eSIM Profile: Rename your eSIM for easier identification. Tap the eSIM line and rename it to something recognizable, such as "eSIM [Country Name]" or "Travel eSIM."
Turn On Your eSIM: Make sure the switch next to your eSIM is ON.
Enable Data Roaming: Inside the eSIM settings, turn on Data Roaming.
Choose Your Default Line for Data: Go back to the Cellular menu and set the 7G eSIM as your Cellular Data Line.
To confirm that your eSIM is active and in use:
Open your phone's Settings.
Navigate to Cellular or Mobile Data.
Check the status of your SIMs:
If your local SIM is turned off and the eSIM is active, you are using the eSIM.
To switch between your local SIM and eSIM:
Go to your phone's Cellular settings.
Look for the eSIM profile:
If the eSIM profile is marked as 'Off' or 'Disabled,' your local SIM is active.
If the eSIM profile is active and set for cellular data, you are connected via the eSIM.
Note: While in your home country, your local SIM is typically active, and the eSIM remains disabled until you travel.
💡 Tip: If you don’t have internet right away, turn on Airplane Mode for about 10 seconds and then turn it off – this refreshes the network connection.
